How Fuse Manages Student Housing Across 4 Countries

Manual rent collection that was prone to human error

When Kamelia started looking for a property management system, she had no reference point. She started from scratch and looked at everything the market had to offer. “What I found surprising was that almost everything was built for short stays: hotels, Airbnb-style rentals, quick turnarounds. For an operator managing students and professionals on contracts of five months or longer, the options narrowed fast. The market had not caught up with what longer-term shared living operators actually needed.”

That has opened up space for what Kamelia describes as the interesting work: lead generation, tenant experience, creativity, and thinking about what comes next.
