Powerhouse is building a new kind of Property Management System (PMS) for real estate - one that acts as an amplifier:

What began as a billing tool for senior residences has grown into a fully integrated platform supporting operators across student housing, co-living, and senior living.
Looking ahead, Powerhouse is on track to manage more than 100,000 units and become the standard for branded real estate in Europe.
