Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers across student housing, co-living, and senior living
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
- Proactively spot risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
- Act as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Support customers during key moments: portfolio growth, new buildings, process changes
- Help drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
- Join customer meetings, events, and on-site sessions across Europe when relevant.
Your Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of how operational teams work in practice - beyond dashboards and reports
- Structured and proactive, with ownership of customer relationships end-to-end
- Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-moving scale-up environments where priorities evolve quickly
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus
