Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customers across student housing, co-living, and senior living‍
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
  • Proactively spot risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Support customers during key moments: portfolio growth, new buildings, process changes
  • Help drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
  • Join customer meetings, events, and on-site sessions across Europe when relevant.

Your Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of how operational teams work in practice - beyond dashboards and reports
  • Structured and proactive, with ownership of customer relationships end-to-end
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable in fast-moving scale-up environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus
