Powerhouse changes the game. Our AI-powered, Salesforce-native PMS gives co-living, student housing, and senior living operators the control, automation, and ROI they need to scale their portfolio and deliver living experiences that meet today’s expectations.
We're an ambitious team of currently 6 people with a challenger mindset: moving fast, building bold, and shaping a new category in European PropTech. Our HQ is at Ghent's Wintercircus, surrounded by high-growth companies and ambitious founders. We push for excellence, but we make room for the wins and the moments that keep a team strong.
What you'll actually do
We've defined three strategic pillars: Category Leadership (own the shared living platform space in Europe), Brand Distinction (become the platform operators want to work with), and Revenue Engine (build predictable pipeline together with sales).
We've run experiments and started building a content factory with clear topics and a visual identity that's coming to life (think rock band energy, ACDC through a PWHS lens).
Now we're looking for our rockstar to refine the playbook, execute it, and take it to the next level.
You'll sit at the center of sales and marketing. That means two jobs in one:
🤘🏻 Build the brand
- Turn our rock band positioning into consistent, recognizable content across channels.
- Execute the content factory: plan it, produce it, publish it, measure it.
- Own newsletter, video, social, and campaign execution.
- Bring customer stories to life through the roadshow concept.
🎸 Accelerate deals
- Create content mapped to sales stages that helps move deals forward.
- Partner with sales on outbound campaigns (add the marketing touches that make outreach land).
- Deliver sales enablement assets: case studies, competitive positioning, product material.
- Support ABM motions as we mature that muscle.
You'll own the marketing KPIs and know what's working.
Your Profile
- 2-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or PropTech. Startup pace preferred.
- You've run demand gen or content programs (not just planned them, executed them).
- Sales-minded. You understand pipeline, deal stages, and what content actually helps close.
- Genuine interest in real estate or shared living. You'll need to speak the language.
- Comfortable with marketing tooling (CRM, email, analytics, content platforms).
- Fluent in English or Dutch. Conversational French is a plus.
