PowerAgent is our AI automation layer, built natively on Salesforce AgentForce, designed to handle complete operational workflows from start to finish. Unlike chatbots that simply answer questions, PowerAgent executes multi-step processes that typically require significant staff time and coordination.
The key difference? PowerAgent works directly with your structured tenant data and understands the specific operational complexities of shared living properties. It's designed for the unique workflows that student housing, co-living, and senior living operators manage daily.
Starting with Contract Terminations
Our first PowerAgent workflow tackles one of the most time-intensive processes in property management: contract terminations.
How It Works
When a tenant needs to terminate their contract, they can simply ask PowerAgent through the Stay app: "I need to terminate my contract."
PowerAgent then:
- Verifies their identity and contract conditions
- Checks termination requirements and timing
- If conditions are met, executes the complete workflow automatically
The automated workflow includes:
- Initiating cleaning and outgoing inspection scheduling
- Updating contract status across all connected systems
- Revoking digital key access immediately
- Calculating wallet settlement (deposit minus outstanding rent minus inspection costs)
- Processing payments and sending confirmations
- Generating required documentation
