Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for turning marketing into a scalable growth engine by driving in- & outbound and strengthening our brand across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute and continuously refine Powerhouse’s marketing strategy.
- Ensure Powerhouse remains visible, relevant, and differentiated in the market.
- Stay close to industry trends, events, and competitors to identify opportunities early.
- Own demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound motions.
- Optimise campaign performance across channels, balancing experimentation with predictability.
- Guide a content strategy that positions Powerhouse as a thought leader in shared living and branded real estate.
- Ensure ICPs, buyer personas, and value propositions stay sharp and up to date (SPICED framework).
- Review and steer SEO and digital growth strategy (SEO, SEM, social, growth hacking).
- Own the marketing KPI framework and analytics dashboard.
- Partner with Sales & Customer Success on messaging, target accounts, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver sales enablement assets (case studies, product material, competitive insights).
Your Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales or GTM roles - ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Thriving in a growing company where speed, ownership, and initiative matter.
- Strong experience with demand generation, pipeline metrics, and ROI tracking.
- Comfortable working closely with sales and founders.
- Knowledge of marketing tooling.
- Fluent in English or Dutch, conversational French is a plus.
